What people ask before they start
Will it work with our existing barcode scanner and printer?
Almost certainly. Standard USB barcode scanners and 80 mm thermal printers work without special setup. Tell us the models and we will confirm before you buy anything.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Nothing, if the system is installed on a machine in your shop. Billing carries on. Only optional features such as FBR posting queue up and catch up when the connection returns.
Can we import our current item list?
Yes. Send it in Excel, in whatever shape it is, and we will map and import it, including opening stock and balances.
