1. Who we are

HT Digital Solution is a software development and IT services business based in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean HT Digital Solution; “you” means the person or company using this website or engaging our services.

2. Using this website

• The content here is provided for general information about our services.
• Prices, timelines and specifications shown on this site are indicative starting points, not offers. A binding price exists only in a written quotation signed or accepted by both sides.
• You may not copy the design, text or images of this site for use in a competing business.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, scan or gain unauthorised access to the site or its host.

3. Quotations and scope

Every project starts with a written scope: the module list, the deliverables, the timeline and the price. That document, not a conversation or a message, defines what is included.

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Work outside the agreed scope is a change request. We will quote it separately and will not start it until you approve it.
• Where a project depends on something from you — data, access, a decision, hardware — delays on that side move the delivery dates accordingly.

4. Payment

• Projects are billed in stages tied to delivery, as set out in the quotation.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
• Support contracts are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Prices exclude hardware, third-party licences and applicable taxes unless the quotation says otherwise.

5. Ownership

On full payment for a project:

• Your data is yours, always — before, during and after the engagement.
• The custom application built for you is yours to use, without a per-seat licence fee to us and without an expiry date.
• We retain ownership of our own pre-existing libraries, tools, templates and general know-how, which we reuse across clients. Your business logic and your data are never reused this way.
• Third-party components remain under their own licences.

6. Support and warranty

Each project includes a support period stated in the quotation. During that period we fix, at no extra cost, any defect where the software does not do what the agreed scope says it should.

Not covered by that warranty: new features, changes of requirement, problems caused by changes made by someone else, hardware or network failures, or issues caused by third-party systems (including FBR services) being unavailable or changing without notice.

7. AI services

AI calling agents, chatbots and automation are powerful but not infallible. Where we deliver AI services:

• Outputs should be treated as assistance, not as a substitute for professional, legal or financial judgement.
• We will agree with you in advance where a human must review or approve before an action is taken.
• Running costs (call minutes, message volume, model usage) are billed separately from setup and can vary with your usage. We will tell you what drives them before you commit.

8. Confidentiality

We treat everything we see inside your business as confidential and will not disclose it or use it for any purpose other than doing your work. We are happy to sign your NDA, or provide ours, before the engagement starts.

9. Limitation of liability

We will do our work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Backups

We configure automated backups as part of every deployment and will show you how to verify them. Where the system is hosted on your own hardware or your own cloud account, responsibility for the ongoing operation of those backups sits with you unless you hold a support contract with us that says otherwise.

11. Ending an engagement

Either side may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. If that happens, you pay for work completed and accepted up to that point, and we hand over the deliverables produced so far, along with your data in a usable format.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Faisalabad have jurisdiction. Before going anywhere near a court, both sides agree to try to resolve the matter in a direct conversation — in our experience that has always been enough.
