This policy explains what HT Digital Solution (“we”, “us”) does with information collected through htdigitalsolution.com and in the course of providing our services. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it in plain words.

1. What we collect

Only two things:

What you send us. If you fill in the contact form or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, company, phone number, the service you selected and whatever you write in the message.
Basic usage statistics. If website analytics is enabled, we see anonymised, aggregated data: which pages are visited, roughly which city visitors come from, and which device they used. We do not see who you are.

We do not ask for and do not want your CNIC, bank details, passwords or payment card numbers through this website. Never send those through a web form.

2. Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
To provide, support and improve the software we build for you
To understand which parts of this website are useful, so we can improve them

We do not send marketing messages to people who did not ask for them, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you enquired once.

3. What we never do

We never sell, rent or trade your information
We never share client data between clients
We never use your business data to train anything, or reuse it in another project

4. Your business data in systems we build

This is the part that matters most to our clients, so it is worth being explicit:

The data inside the systems we build for you belongs to you. Where it is hosted — your own server, your cloud account, or a server we manage — is your decision, and you receive the database credentials and the backups.

During development and support our engineers may need access to your data in order to fix a problem. That access is limited to what the task requires, and we treat everything we see as confidential. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before work starts — just ask.

5. Third-party services

This website is deliberately built with very few external dependencies. Depending on configuration, the following may be involved:

Fonts, styles, scripts and images on this site are served from our own domain, so simply reading a page does not send your details anywhere else.

6. Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, Google may set its own analytics cookies; you can block these in your browser without affecting how the site works.

7. How long we keep things

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up and, where they become projects, for the life of that project plus a reasonable record-keeping period. Client project data is kept for as long as we support the system, or until you ask us to remove it.

8. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to htdigitalsolution1@gmail.com or message +92 336 6595724 and we will act on it. There is no form to fill in.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Systems we build use role-based access control, audited changes and scheduled backups as standard. No system is perfect; if we ever became aware of a breach affecting your data, we would tell you promptly and directly rather than burying it.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
